Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Shelf Life: Our chocolates remain in perfect condition for up to 6 weeks  if they last that long .

  2. Storage Temperature: Store chocolates between 12-18°C. Avoid refrigerating, as it may cause "bloom," which alters appearance but not taste. To prevent this, place the chocolate box in a sealed plastic bag.

  3. Hot Weather: We ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition by storing chocolates in an air-conditioned room and holding dispatch until later in the day until temperatures cool.

  4. Nut Allergies: Our chocolates are not suitable for those with nut allergies, as small traces of nuts may be present.

  5. Dairy/Gluten Allergies: Most chocolates are gluten-free, and vegan options are available.

  6. Damaged Package/Contents: Please retain any packaging and contact us immediately for a replacement if your package arrives damaged.

  7. At the Blind Chocolatier we re-use as much packaging as possible to save on waste and cost .
