- What is the shelf life of your chocolates?
If stored correctly, our chocolates remain in perfect condition for up to six weeks.
- How should I store your chocolates?
Our chocolates should be stored in a cool dry place, between 12-18°C. Avoid refrigerating, as it may cause "bloom" which alters the appearance, but not the taste.
- Is your chocolate suitable for people with allergies?
Most of our chocolates are suitable for people with gluten allergies (please check ingredients of individual products), and many vegan options are available. Unfortunately our chocolates are not suitable for people with nut allergies as small traces of nuts may be present.
- How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. If hot weather is forecast, we may hold the order back to prevent the chocolate from spoiling during transit - we will contact you should this be necessary.
- My order arrived damaged, who should I contact?
Whilst we make every attempt to ensure that your order reaches you in tact, we unfortunately cannot control the courier companies - should your order arrive damaged, please email a photo to theblindchocolatier@gmail.com for a replacement.
